At Hull Fibre, we believe in giving back to the local community and helping out our customers. We have a range of reward schemes that give back to our active customers and help them save money. We also have a charity initiative where we donate to local charities and help out those in need.
We are proud to have donated to HU4 Community Cafe foodbank and support other organisations that help people who are struggling. We have also helped with various other initiatives such as providing reward schemes to give back to our customers.

New Monthly Raffle
We don’t want to just take your money; we want to make sure that you are getting the best value. If you’re an active residential customer, then you will be automatically entered into a raffle by email. This is our way of giving back and showing appreciation for being our loyal customer. There will be 3 customers randomly drawn on the 25th of every month (or subsequent working day) who will win either 1st, 2nd, or 3rd prize. Winners will be contacted shortly after.
Recommend a Friend/Family Member to Our Broadband
We’re offering £10 off your next broadband bill when you recommend a friend or family member to join us.

1st Month Free on 24 Month Contracts
We offer 1st month free on all 24 month contracts. It helps out those who may be struggling financially due to the current situation, as they can get access to our services without having to worry about paying an upfront cost.

Local Communities We've Helped
Fishers AFC
Fishers AFC is a local football club that is committed to raising money for charities in need, and we have sponsored them by paying for their football kit. We have been sharing posts on Facebook about them, and we are encouraging our followers to donate what they can. We also want to create opportunities for people in the community to get involved in the club by volunteering or becoming a member. Our goal is to make sure that everyone has access to the resources they need, so that they can reach their full potential. Please look out for them on our Facebook page.
HU4 Community Cafe
HU4 Community Cafe is a local foodbank/soup kitchen that helps out the local community. Before Christmas, we donated £180 of tinned and dried food, and we were proud of the work we did. Also, we were involved in their Santa’s Grotto to bring joy to the children of our community. All of us at Hull Fibre are looking forward to continuing working with them in the future and helping out even more people in need.
