You accept that if you miss or do not give more than 24 hours notice to change your appointment you will pay a charge of £120. You also accept that if your installation is agreed as a Non-standard Installation you will pay the £80 installation charge. IF on the day of your installation you decided to switch from a standard to a non-standard installation and move the date of installation you agree to pay the £45 Fee to cancel the current appointment and the £80 fee for installing as a non-standard. Your 14 Day cooling off period starts from today.
