The Start of a Fantastic Year!

We have had a great start to the year and our business has continued to grow significantly. Thank you to everyone who has joined our broadband service! Our monthly raffle has been a success, and we are looking forward to continuing it throughout the year. You could be a lucky winner!

As the sun is starting to come out and the weather is becoming warmer, we will also be coming out with our Hull Fibre stand to meet and greet everyone, as well as answering any questions and queries you may have. Keep an eye on our social media to see where you can find us.

Rich's Fundraisers

On Saturday 18th February, Rich did a 3 hours cycle class at PureGym in Anlaby to raise money for the British Heart Foundation! In 3 hours he cycled 54 miles!

The week after (Monday 20th – Friday 24th February), Rich cycled 25 miles a day (125 miles in total) and raised food parcels/donations and money for HU4 Community Hub which is a charity who helps people and families who are struggling to provide in their households. This was made possible by the generous donations from Longman Jones, MS3 Networks, VIP Group of Companies and everyone else who personally contributed.

We would also like to thank PureGym for allowing Rich to complete his fundraiser at their gym. HU4 Community Hub will use the food donations and funds raised to help those in need.

We look forward to more initiatives in the future, and hope that our efforts will continue to make a difference in people’s lives.

We're On The Radio!

We are proud to announce that we are now on Viking FM and Greatest Hits Radio in East Yorkshire and Northern Lincolnshire! This means that more people will be aware of our company, its services, and the choice that people in Hull, Scunthorpe and Grimsby now have.

New Live Areas

There are now 54,000 properties live in Hull and East Yorkshire, Scunthorpe and Grimsby, with more released daily! Our dedicated partner, MS3, is laying cables to connect streets with our high-speed broadband as fast as possible. This will allow residents and businesses to operate more efficiently by providing them with access to faster speeds.

If you know of someone who is interested in our broadband, please tell them to go onto our website www.hull-fibre.co.uk and type in their postcode to find out if their address is live. If we are not currently live at their address, they will need to register their interest in joining our broadband. As soon as we are in their area, we will phone them as soon as possible with the great news!

Events and Fairs

We will be attending more events and fairs this year, such as Hessle Feast, Anlaby Park Community Spring Fayre, Humber Street Sesh, and more! If you have any questions or queries, we will be more than happy to answer them. Do you know anyone in need of faster speeds and cheaper broadband? Bring them along too!

West Hull ARLFC

We are proudly working in partnership with West Hull ARLFC! They have now installed our scoreboard and billboard signs on their pitch, and we thank them for their support for our broadband company.

To thank them for their support, we will be attending their matches with our pop-up stand and cheering them on! If you have any questions or queries, please look out for the dates and times we will be attending these matches on our social media channels. We’re looking forward to meeting and greeting everyone.

Customer Reward Schemes

Since the New Year, we have been producing a couple of new customer reward schemes, such as our monthly raffle and our Trustpilot review draw. We always want to reward our loyal customers for choosing us as their broadband provider.

We have another scheme brewing for our live residential customers, and we will be announcing it soon! Please keep an eye on your emails!
